To Report Storm Damage
To report storm damage, please call our resident maintenance service line at
1-855-516-7625 and select Option 2. This line is open 24 hours a day and we are monitoring it regularly.
You may also report storm damage by logging into your online maintenance portal, by clicking here. You will need your t-code to log into your online maintenance portal. Please attach photographs when possible as this helps us to assess the nature of the damage.
We are working diligently to return calls and will be giving priority to dangerous situations. Please be patient as we are working diligently to assess the damage. Repairs will begin as soon as possible given the nature of the storm event. The length of time needed to perform the repairs will depend upon the severity of damage to your home and community. Please provide access for vendors and insurance adjusters. A HavenBrook Homes team member will be in touch with you regarding the scheduling of repairs.
Please notify your renter’s insurance company as required by your policy to report personal property damage.
